The Burning Bike!!The 8th Annual Run-A-Mucca motorcycle rally was held in Winnemucca, Nevada over Memorial Day Weekend. The weather was absolutely perfect for motorcycle enthusiasts to hop on their bikes and come to Winnemucca. Warm weather and a full schedule of activities kept people entertained and businesses hoppin'. The Winnemucca community has been very supportive to this event. Run-A-Mucca brings people to town and boosts our economy as we head into the summer months.
The event began on Friday and ran through Sunday. Run-A-Mucca is also the home of the famous Burning Bike. This event highlight was held Saturday evening. Hundreds of people were in attendance to watch the motorcycle burn to ashes! There was a full line-up of entertainment. From the Skynnyn Lynnyrd band to bike jumping to a packed vending area, visitors and locals alike had plenty to see and do. Attendance was up from last year with almost 900 motorcycle filling the streets of Winnemucca.
